Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist clients in their own homes across Lake Mac and surrounding communities. You will help maintain independence, build relationships and support everyday living.

You will provide practical care and companionship, helping clients stay connected, active and safe in their daily routines. A caring attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Availability required: Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm - Friday is a must
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, medication support and daily routines
• Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks
• Helping clients stay active and connected within their community
• Providing companionship and building trusted relationships
• Supporting clients to maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life

Education
