Job summary

Challenge Community Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Muswellbrook Accommodation Services. You will provide personal care and daily living support to clients, including those with high support needs, in shared living environments.

The role offers a flexible roster, including weekends and sleepovers, with ongoing training and development. Salary packaging, and access to Fitness Passport and extra annual leave options are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-needs disability clients.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
• Current Driver’s Licence and checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Check).
• Access to a personal vehicle if required.
• Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and sleepovers.

• Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements.
