Mounties Group is currently searching for a motivated and dedicated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join our close-knit team at Halekulani Bowling Club, Budgewoi, NSW, on a full-time basis. As an Apprentice Chef, you will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by assisting in food production to achieve high-quality preparation and presentation.

• Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
