Mounties Group is seeking a 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef for Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW. This full-time role involves supporting the kitchen team to prepare, present and maintain high-quality dishes for patrons.

You will be training in commercial cookery, develop teamwork and communication skills, and adapt to a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Join Australia’s largest group of registered clubs and grow your skills.

Qualifications

Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
Self-disciplined and a team player.
Well organised and customer focused.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to follow direction.
Full availability - ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist in production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a motivated and dedicated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join our close-knit team at Halekulani Bowling Club, located in Budgewoi, NSW, on a full-timebasis!

As an Apprentice Chef, you will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and will play a crucial role in effectively engaging as a team member of the kitchen by assisting in the production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
