Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a motivated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join the Halekulani Bowling Club team in Budgewoi, NSW, on a full-time basis.

You will learn and contribute to the kitchen, assisting in production to ensure high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Must be self-disciplined and a team player.
• Well organised and customer focused.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a motivated and dedicated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join our close-knit team at Halekulani Bowling Club, located in Budgewoi, NSW, on a full-time basis!

As an Apprentice Chef, you will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and will play a crucial role in effectively engaging as a team member of the kitchen by assisting in the production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

• Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Self-disciplined and a team player
• Well organised and customer focused
• Ability to follow direction
• Full availability – ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
