Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our Club Wyong kitchen on a part-time basis in Wyong, NSW. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options, maintaining high standards and delivering wholesome, well-presented meals for our guests.

You'll manage food preparation, monitor stock, and ensure safety and cleanliness while providing a positive guest experience. A Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Handling certificate are preferred, and you must be

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Be self-disciplined and a team player.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain presentation and consistency of food served.
• Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals.
• Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations.
• Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality.
