Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals according to menus and standards.

• Assist with menu planning and seasonal updates with the Head Chef.
• Monitor portion control, minimise waste and manage food costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and report maintenance issues.
