Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde is seeking a qualified Chef or Cook to join the team on a casual basis, working with the Food & Beverage Team to maintain kitchen operations, budgets, and safety.

Role offers flexibility; hours may vary and growth opportunities exist across Australia and New Zealand. You may have input heard and become a valued team member while providing premium service to members.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (not essential).
• Experience and a positive attitude are valued.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about all things food.
• Team player in a hands-on environment.
• Restaurant and banquet food preparation or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain kitchen protocols such as HACCP.
• Collaborate well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen operates within budgets and maintains food hygiene and safety compliance.
• Work across a 7-day roster; hours may be flexible.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Team.
• Be a valued team member with input heard.
