Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join Club Wyong on a part-time basis in Wyong, NSW. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options, ensure high standards, and deliver wholesome, well-presented meals for our guests.

The role requires kitchen experience, a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, a Food Handling certificate, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Uniforms provided and staff benefits apply.

• Previous kitchen experience
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Food Handling certificate
• Flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation
• Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
• Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
• Monitoring of stock levels and rotations
• Ensure compliance with food handling practices and cleaning duties
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering high quality food
