Mounties Group is seeking an energetic Kitchen Hand to join Breakers Country Club on a part-time basis in Wamberal, NSW. You will assist the Chef with food preparation, keep the kitchen clean, and operate the commercial dishwasher as part of a close-knit team.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, is flexible with rosters including weekends and public holidays, and is punctual and well-presented. Uniforms are provided and on-site parking is free.

Formación

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen.
• Flexibility to work an open roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Be a team player and have a willingness to learn.
• Punctual and well-presented individual.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes.
• Utilising industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher.
