Job summary

ECMS is seeking a Certificate III Educator to join Brookside Preschool in Melbourne. The role emphasizes safeguarding, responsive teaching, and collaborative practice within a not-for-profit community organisation supporting children and families.

The position is part-time, 17.5 hours per week, with shifts on Mondays (11:00–12:00) and Wednesdays & Fridays (08:45–16:45). We value learning, reflection, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• WWCC, Mandatory reporting certificate, police check and first aid certificate.
• Strong knowledge of child safe standards and early childhood regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on ECMS pedagogy.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
