Job summary

ECMS is seeking a Certificate III Educator to join Oakhill Family Centre in Melbourne. This full-time role involves 38 hours per week on a rotational roster with a monthly RDO, within a not-for-profit community organisation focused on high-quality childcare and early education.

You will work with families and children aged birth to five, delivering play-based learning aligned to ECMS frameworks, while contributing to a supportive, inclusive culture and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Current WWCC.
• Mandatory Reporting Certificate.
• Foundations of Child Safety training.
• Police Check.
• First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
• Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the ECMS Pedagogical Framework.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with children, families, the wider community and colleagues.
• Actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
• Available to work across a rotational roster.
