Job summary

ECMS is hiring a Certificate III Educator at Oakhill Family Centre in Melbourne. This not-for-profit early learning charity supports children from birth to five years, with strong family engagement and community learning.

This part-time role offers 28 hours per week with set hours Tue 9:30–12:00 and Wed-Fri 8:15–4:45, in a supportive team that values play-based learning and safeguarding. Applicants must have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, WWCC, mandatory reporting,

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
• Strong knowledge of child-safe standards and early childhood regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
• Develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
• Actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
