Highview College in Maryborough is seeking a warm and well-organised Receptionist to be the friendly first face and voice for the College community, triaging calls, emails and in-person enquiries from students, families, staff and visitors. The role supports daily administration, visitor sign-in and emergency procedures, with a collaborative Reception team reporting to the Business Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role.
• Current Working with Children Check is required for commencement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency with common software (Office 365).
• Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in a school setting and familiarity with SEQTA or EdSmart is highly regarded.
