Job summary

Grace Lutheran College is seeking a part-time, term-time Operations Administration Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Director and onsite staff at Googa Outdoor Education Centre. You will help ensure safe, compliant and engaging outdoor education programs while supporting day-to-day operations and delivering positive experiences for students and visitors.

Qualifications

• Current Blue Card.
• Current manual driver's license.
• Current Senior First Aid certificate (with current CPR).
• Certificate III or IV level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Current Wilderness or Remote First Aid certificate.
• Active member of a Christian denomination.
• Willing to live and work in a small Christian community.
• Prepared to work irregular hours, weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across accounts, payroll, staff leave, bookings, and record management.
• Coordinate supplies, logistics, and operational activities to support the smooth running of the Centre.
• Support a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centred environment for students and staff, including workplace health and safety administration and general student support
• Be proactive in supporting a culture of meaningful work in a unique workplace.
• Contribute to the community experience of students and staff in the context of a Christian centred approach.
• Demonstrate and practice an awareness and response to student needs in the context of this administrative role.
• Be proactive in restorative practices.
• Ensure adequate records are kept in line with Googa OEC procedures.
