Job summary

The Perth Mint is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a casual, 20-hour-a-week role with an immediate start. Based in the Bullion Room, you will handle customer interactions, support bullion sales and buybacks, and assist with onboarding and bookings.

• Experience in customer service or sales and ability to deliver professional, face-to-face service.

Responsibilities

• Support bullion sales and buybacks, and guide customers through bookings and onboarding.
• Manage product enquiries with accuracy and care, including authentication and reconciliations.
• Assist with Click & Collect, order fulfilment, stock control, and recordkeeping within regulatory and security frameworks.
