Job summary

The Perth Mint in East Perth invites applications for a casual customer service role (20 hours per week) with an immediate start. You will engage customers, support bullion sales and buybacks, and help customers with bookings, onboarding, and product enquiries in a highly secure environment.

You will authenticate precious metals, complete reconciliations, and assist with Click & Collect, stock control, and recordkeeping, all while adhering to strict regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to follow established procedures.
• Comfort working in regulated environments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced, secure environment.
• Support bullion sales and buybacks, guide customers through bookings and onboarding.
• Assist with product enquiries and authentication of precious metals; complete reconciliations.
• Support Click & Collect and order fulfilment; assist with stock control and recordkeeping.
