Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or Retail Management with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to drive retail sales growth.
- Experience leading omni-channel teams and managing stock turns in a luxury jewellery/investing context.
Responsibilities
- Oversee omni-channel sales operations for physical stores, Bullion Room, and Digital Commerce.
- Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team and ensure governance and policy adherence.
- Align retail strategy with overall business objectives and continuous improvement.
