Job summary

BankSA Reynella is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a permanent part-time role. You’ll welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, uncover their needs and tailor banking solutions while working toward sales and referral targets. Training is provided to empower you with product knowledge and confident customer conversations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with targets and calling customers on the phone.
• Numerical capability with cash handling and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-branch and over the phone, uncover needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Refer customers to specialist Banking teams as needed.
• Assist customers in achieving financial goals with product knowledge.
• Work towards sales and referral targets within a branch setting.
