Job summary

BankSA Millicent branch is hiring a Customer Service Officer for a part-time shift schedule. You will greet customers, process transactions, and guide them toward digital banking tools while uncovering their needs with friendly, proactive support.

You’ll refer complex queries to Home Loans or Business Banking specialists and help safeguard financial wellbeing with accurate cash handling and compliant practices. Training is provided.

• Ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately.

Responsibilities
