Job summary

BankSA is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at the Seacombe Gardens branch in Australia. This permanent part-time role is 25 hours per week, across Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. The advisor welcomes customers, uncovers needs, and provides tailored banking solutions in person and over the phone, with opportunities to refer to specialist Banking teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing/phone-based role with targets.
• Resilience with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working toward sales/referral targets and calling customers.
• Numerical capability with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Energetic personality with a passion for helping people.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to BankSA and engage to uncover needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Assist customers in achieving financial goals in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers to specialised Banking teams when necessary.
• Travel to other Westpac Group branches as required for cover.
