Job summary

BankSA, part of Westpac Group, is seeking a Customer Service Officer at the Clare branch to greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through banking products and services. You will help with everyday banking queries, cash handling and use of digital platforms, while promoting tailored solutions for financial wellbeing.

Hours are 33.5 per week across Monday to Friday, with comprehensive training and supportive team guidance to help you flourish in your new role at BankSA Clare.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and mobile app.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
