Job summary

Westpac's Edwardstown branch in SA is seeking a Part-time Personal Banking Advisor. You'll welcome customers, discuss needs and tailor banking solutions, both in-branch and over the phone, helping people manage their money day to day.

Hours are 10am-3pm, Mon-Fri, 25 hours per week. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop within the bank and to travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing / phone-based roles with targets.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working toward sales/referral targets and phone outreach.
• Good numerical skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the branch and discuss banking needs.
• Provide tailored banking solutions and refer to specialist teams when needed.
• Assist customers in-branch and over the phone to help achieve financial goals.
