Job summary

Scope Australia is seeking a Gifts in Wills Officer (part-time) in Melbourne, Victoria, to inspire and support supporters to leave gifts in their Will. You will build relationships, deliver stewardship, and help grow Scope's planned giving program within a collaborative Philanthropy & Fundraising team.

You will manage a portfolio of bequest supporters, coordinate engagement activities, and liaise with solicitors and executors to maximise impact while reflecting Scope's values of respect,

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or donor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Gifts in Wills supporters.
• Deliver stewardship and engagement activities to grow Gifts in Wills income.
• Manage supporter portfolio using relationship-based fundraising principles.
• Support estate administration processes and liaise with solicitors and executors.
