People First Bank is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in our Collins Street Lending & Advice Centre. In this part-time role you will greet customers, handle transactions, and direct queries to the right banking solutions.

You will build relationships, support digital services, and work on a rotating roster with 15–32 hours per week. No prior banking experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications
