Job summary

Bank Australia in Traralgon is seeking a part-time Customer Service Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone. You will support in-branch transactions, educate customers on online banking, and assist in opening business accounts while promoting Bank Australia’s values and products.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with flexible working options and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Proven track record in excellent customer service.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet priorities.
Sales experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to meet banking needs in branch and over the phone.
Assist in developing long-term relationships with customers through in-branch transactions and online banking education.
Identify opportunities to promote financial products and services to new and existing customers.
Promote Bank Australia’s social and sustainability strategies through volunteer programs.
Contribute positively to branch success and team performance.
