Job summary

Bank Australia is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for our Traralgon branch. This part-time role (30.4 hours/week across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) focuses on delivering exceptional service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a branch or call centre.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and cross-sell financial products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Customer service/sales experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service face to face and over the phone.
• Develop long-term mutually rewarding relationships with customers through in-branch transactions including deposits, withdrawals and account openings.
• Identify opportunities to market Bank Australia’s financial products and services.
• Promote Bank Australia’s social, environmental and sustainability strategies through volunteer programs.
• Contribute to the success of the branch and the team.
