People First Bank in Adelaide’s Marion Branch is seeking a part-time Support Customer Service Consultant to be the welcoming face for customers and assist with everyday banking needs. This role supports a rotating roster with 15–32 hours per week and may cover other Southern Adelaide branches as required.

You will deliver high-quality service, learn digital banking tools, and build relationships to help customers meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• You're a people first team player with a passion for helping customers.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new digital banking systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs and enquiries.
• Engage in conversations to identify suitable banking solutions.
• Build relationships and refer to lending specialists when appropriate.
