Job summary

MyState Bank in Mackay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our branch network on a part-time basis. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service while helping with everyday banking tasks and identifying customer needs.

Working closely with the branch team, you’ll contribute to positive outcomes for customers and the community, with coaching, learning pathways and wellbeing initiatives to support your banking career and personal

• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our branch network in Mackay on a part-time basis.

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences every day. Whether you're helping with everyday banking, identifying customer needs, or connecting customers with specialist support, you'll focus on delivering service that's personal, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Working closely with your branch team, you'll contribute to achieving customer outcomes while strengthening the trusted relationships that Auswide has built within the local community.
