Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional manner with good communication.
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide admin support including rostering, payroll processing, and records management.
• Assist with tours of the community for prospective residents and families.
• Manage accounts, process invoices and support financial operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth community operations.
