Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Xero and MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assist Accounts Manager with weekly, fortnightly and monthly invoicing as required.
• Resolve account discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Prepare and distribute accurate monthly statements.
• Assist with uploading invoices into customer portals.
• Process customer debtor applications.
• Allocate EFTPOS receipts in Xero.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by senior staff.
