Job summary

Trinity Grammar School, Kew, is seeking a highly motivated accounts payable professional to join our Finance Team in a permanent, part-time role. You will ensure efficient processing of creditor invoices and maintain strong supplier relationships in a school setting.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will code invoices, match purchase orders and run weekly EFT batches, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and compliance with GST requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Knowledge of GST and indirect tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with creditors and respond to queries.
• Obtain invoice approvals from heads of departments.
• Code invoices with GL accounts and GST codes.
• Process creditor invoices and match to PO numbers.
• Post and file creditor invoices; manage EFT batches weekly.
