Job summary

QUALITY SHOPFITTERS INTERNATIONAL in Narangba is seeking an All-Round Accounts & Administration Officer for a part-time, school-hours role. The job involves day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and administration across a small team.

The position offers flexibility around school drop-off/pick-up and has an immediate start for the right candidate. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, admin tasks, and maintain financial records with MYOB AccountRight and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• General bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience processing payroll using MYOB AccountRight (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices, coding, approvals and payments.
• Accounts Receivable: issuing invoices, allocating payments and debtor records.
• Payroll: weekly payroll processing using MYOB AccountRight.
• Administration: general office support and record-keeping.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations and month-end tasks.
