Sonac Australia Pty Ltd in Maryborough, Victoria, is seeking a reliable Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The role covers accounts payable and payroll, with flexibility in hours and a requirement to be available on Mondays.

You will manage supplier invoices, maintain vendor records, process weekly payroll, and provide administrative support to the Finance team. Experience in SAP or JDE and proficiency with MS Office are highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier invoices and match to purchase orders.
• Process weekly payroll and payroll administration.
• Maintain supplier records and vendor information in financial systems.
• Prepare and issue RCTIs in accordance with company requirements.
• Process weekly supplier payment runs.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
