Sonac Australia Pty Ltd in Maryborough, Victoria, is seeking a reliable Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The role covers accounts payable and payroll, with flexibility in hours and a requirement to be available on Mondays.

You will manage supplier invoices, maintain vendor records, process weekly payroll, and provide administrative support to the Finance team. Experience in SAP or JDE and proficiency with MS Office are highly regarded.

Description du poste

We are seeking a reliable and driven Accounts Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. This encompasses 3 days per week, with flexibility in working hours to suit the successful candidate and business requirements. Availability to work on Mondays is essential. The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing the organisation's accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, employee wages, and related financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

Managing supplier correspondence and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Processing incoming invoices, ensuring purchase orders are accurately matched, approvals are obtained, and invoice details are verified.

Preparing and issuing Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) in accordance with company requirements.

Processing weekly supplier payment runs.

Maintaining supplier records, including the creation and amendment of supplier information within financial systems.

Processing weekly payroll and associated payroll administration activities.

Providing administrative assistance to our Finance team where required.
