Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for campers and visitors at Point Nepean National Park. You will handle information requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly to support a memorable camping experience.

You will assist with check-in/check-out, respond to queries, and share information about the park’s flora, fauna, history and services, while supporting commercial operations and events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, information provision and community engagement.
• Environmental Education or basic Land Management knowledge or experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service tasks for campers at Point Nepean National Park.
• Answer questions and provide information on the park, flora, fauna, history and services.
• Support front-line visitor operations, events and campground activities as needed.
