Job summary

The Department for Environment and Water is seeking a Casual Customer Services Officer to deliver quality visitor experiences at key sites in South Australia. You will provide visitor information, manage bookings and products, and assist with maintenance of park facilities.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Flexibility for casual hours, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and information provision.
• Experience in cash handling and accurate revenue accounting.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the public and staff.
