Job summary

G'day Group's Discovery Parks is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in South Australia. You will be the welcoming face, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay from check-in to check-out, while coordinating with housekeeping and other park teams.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to manage bookings and cashier duties. Weekend, public holidays, and evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience within hospitality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficient computer skills including RMS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard customer service that leaves guests smiling.
• Process seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations and accounts in the park booking system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness.
• Provide guests with local information and property details.
• Handle day-to-day office administration with efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with park teams, residents and guests.
• Supervise front office staff including training and rostering.
