Job summary

Eureka Group is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead the Coral Tree community. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, lead the onsite team, build strong relationships with residents and guests, and ensure the community performs commercially while presenting to a high standard.

You’ll report to the Regional Manager and oversee operations, maintenance, housekeeping and administration, driving service excellence and strong occupancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in land lease/lifestyle communities or similar.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing property presentation, maintenance or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the onsite team to deliver a high standard of service and presentation.
• Building relationships with residents and creating opportunities for connection through events and community engagement.
• Managing budgets, financial performance and P&L while identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
• Driving occupancy above 98%, maintaining waitlists and maximising opportunities across the community.
• Building relationships with local businesses, community groups and corporate partners, including opportunities for large group bookings.
• Overseeing maintenance, grounds and refurbishment activities to ensure the property is presented and maintained to a high standard.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal requirements and responding to operational issues and emergencies.
