Job summary

Eureka Group in Emerald is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead park operations, drive guest experience and commercial performance. You’ll manage the on‑site team, oversee bookings and cabin presentation, and build strong relationships with residents and visitors.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you’ll coordinate maintenance, safety compliance and budgeting, while developing strategies to maximise occupancy and foster a welcoming, well‑presented community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a park, hospitality or community setting.
• Strong track record in budgeting, reporting and occupancy strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day park operations and manage the on-site team across admin, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance.
• Oversee bookings, guest arrivals and the presentation of cabins and sites.
• Plan and coordinate social events to foster an active, connected community.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and tourism networks.
• Manage park budgets and financial performance, including P&L reporting.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance and monitor occupancy levels.
