Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Park & Community Manager for South West Rocks Holidays and Community. You will oversee the holiday park and lifestyle community operations, ensuring exceptional guest and resident experiences while driving commercial and operational outcomes.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage occupancy and revenue targets, and build strong relationships with guests, residents, contractors and local partners in a dynamic coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle communities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, revenue targets and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with focus on team development and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the holiday park and lifestyle community.
• Deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences, driving satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee occupancy, revenue, administration, presentation standards and financial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team and foster a positive culture.
• Build relationships with guests, residents, team members, contractors and local partners.
