Eureka Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a Park Manager for Coral Tree Park in Greenwell Point, NSW. This permanent full-time role combines hands-on leadership, guest experience, and strong financial performance to drive occupancy and community engagement.

You will lead an onsite team, manage budgets, maintenance, and compliance, while building relationships with residents, guests and local partners.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in land lease/lifestyle communities, holiday parks, retirement living, hospitality or similar.
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial management including budgeting and reporting.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-building ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing property presentation, maintenance or facilities.

Responsabilités

Lead and support the onsite team to deliver high service and presentation standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Coral Tree Park and manage grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and admin.
Manage budgets, financial performance and P&L to improve commercial outcomes.
Drive occupancy above 98% and manage waitlists and group bookings.
Build relationships with local businesses and community partners for activities and partnerships.
Ensure maintenance and safety compliance and respond to operational issues and emergencies.
