Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking a Park Manager to lead teams across two NSW locations, Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside. This role focuses on guest engagement, safety, and operational excellence while delivering on budget and company goals.

You will foster a positive work environment, coach staff, and ensure processes align with the Reflections Way across both parks, providing on-site accommodation and a fulfilling regional lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/management or senior administrative experience.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism, across guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, F&B, or grounds operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfortable using booking, administrative and POS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understand WHS requirements and safe work practices.
• Hold a current driver licence.
• First aid certificate.
• Current boat licence or willingness to obtain.

Job description

This role works across two beautiful parks, Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside , providing guests the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Located on Wiragjuri Count, this park is the ideal location for an experienced people leader to unleash their potential and drive guest engagement and business growth . B y identifying new opportunities and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience , the Park Manager will foster a positive work environment where employees feel connected to the park’s mission, take pride in their contributions, and are committed to the park’s success. Lead ing the implementation of new processes, products, and services to align with strategic goals, the Park Manager champions a customer-focused culture and ensures all operations comply with regulatory standards.

A typical day in the role may include:

• Switching up your office throughout the week between Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside
• Building team skills through coaching, training and developing staff
• Creating a culture of accountability and safety by discussing performance metrics, goals and KPIs with the team
• Supervising park employees and oversee daily work where required , including developing and managing daily tasks
  
• Generating local revenue for the park within budget

In addition to a salary of $90,000 plus superannuation, you will have access to:

What Are We Looking For?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory, management or senior administrative role.
• Have previous experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably across guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, food and beverage or grounds operations.
  
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  
• Be confident using booking, administrative and point-of-sale systems.
  
• Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Understand WHS requirements and safe work practices.
  
• Be comfortable living and working in a regional location.
  
• Hold a current driver licence.
