Job summary

Reflections Holidays is seeking motivated candidates for a park support role at Boambee Creek Reserve, Coffs Harbour. You will contribute to guest facilities cleaning, stock replenishment, and providing visitor directions while delivering high standards of service.

We value reliability, a can-do attitude, and teamwork. After a 6-month probation, staff access travel discounts and wellbeing programs. Valid Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills and a can-do approach.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks in all conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest facilities, including amenities, laundry and camp kitchens.
• Assisting with stock replenishment.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

The Duties will include; (but not limited to):

• Cleaning of guestfacilities, inclusive of amenities, laundry & camp kitchens.
• Assisting withstock replenishment.
• Assisting &directing visitors within the park
• Following workhealth & safety procedures.
