Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking a Park Manager to lead teams across two NSW locations, Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside. This role focuses on guest engagement, safety, and operational excellence while delivering on budget and company goals.

You will foster a positive work environment, coach staff, and ensure processes align with the Reflections Way across both parks, providing on-site accommodation and a fulfilling regional lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/management or senior administrative experience.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism, across guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, F&B, or grounds operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfortable using booking, administrative and POS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understand WHS requirements and safe work practices.
• Hold a current driver licence.
• First aid certificate.
• Current boat licence or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across two locations, embedding The Reflections Way with consistent processes and procedures.
• Drive a safety-first culture.
• Develop understanding of park assets, infrastructure, maintenance requirements and renewal priorities.
• Lead operational excellence with a focus on guest engagement.
• Engage with local and regional communities.
• Develop partnerships to achieve company goals.
• Influence and inspire others to deliver to company goals.
