Reflections Holiday Parks seeks an experienced Park Manager to lead operations across two NSW locations, Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside. You will champion guest engagement, drive growth, and implement processes aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management or senior administrative experience.
• Hospitality or tourism background across guest services, accommodation, F&B or grounds ops.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficient with booking, admin and POS systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• WHs knowledge and safe work practices.
• Willingness to live/work in a regional location.

Responsibilities

• Switch between Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside to lead operations.
• Coach and develop staff to build team skills.
• Discuss performance metrics and KPIs to promote accountability and safety.
• Supervise park employees and manage daily tasks.
• Generate local revenue within budget.
• Lead implementation of new processes, products and services aligned with goals.

This role works across two beautiful parks, Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside,providing guests the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Located on Wiragjuri Count, this park is the ideal location for an experienced people leader to unleash their potential and drive guest engagement and business growth.By identifying new opportunities and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, the Park Manager will foster a positive work environment where employees feel connected to the park’s mission, take pride in their contributions, and are committed to the park’s success. Leading the implementation of new processes, products, and services to align with strategic goals, the Park Manager champions a customer-focused culture and ensures all operations comply with regulatory standards.

A typical day in the role may include:

• Switching up your office throughout the week between Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside
• Building team skills through coaching, training and developing staff
• Creating a culture of accountability and safety by discussing performance metrics, goals and KPIs with the team
• Supervising park employees and oversee daily work where required, including developing and managing daily tasks
  
• Generating local revenue for the park within budget

What Are We Looking For?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory, management or senior administrative role.
• Have previous experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably across guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, food and beverage or grounds operations.
  
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  
• Be confident using booking, administrative and point-of-sale systems.
  
• Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Understand WHS requirements and safe work practices.
  
• Be comfortable living and working in a regional location.
  
• Hold a current driver licence.
• First aid certificate
• A current boat licence or willingness to obtain
