Reflections Bonny Hills Park at NSW's Mid North Coast is seeking a Park Manager to lead a dedicated team, delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining our high park standards.

Based at Bonny Hills near Port Macquarie, this coastal setting combines ocean views with beach access and nature. The salary package includes base $82,000–$87,000, 12% super and onsite accommodation, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Display experience in people management and workforce planning.
• Display experience in facility management with focus on P&L and cost control.
• Display experience with community engagement and building relationships with community and external stakeholders.
• Have a current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.

As the Bonny Hills Park Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the high standards our parks are known for.

Perched on a headland overlooking Rainbow Beach, Reflections Bonny Hills offers spectacular ocean views and a relaxed coastal setting. *Salary Package made up of: $82,000 to $87,000 Base + 12% Super + Onsite Accommodation

• Display experience in people management & workforce planning. We want to know how you align your team, how you build & develop your team & how you handle performance management.
• Display experience in facility management. We want to understand your level of commercial acumen. Think P&L’s & cost control.
• Display experience with community engagement. Share with us how you like to build strong relationships with community members & external stakeholders.
• Have a current first aid certificate, or willingness to obtain
