Job summary

MSS Security in Moranbah QLD is seeking an experienced Paramedicine professional to join the site emergency response team. You will provide first response to incidents on site and support a team of medical staff during emergencies, with a focus on safety and quick decision-making.

The role includes assisting with training and HSE activities within a mining environment, and offers FIFO rosters (7 on/7 off) with day and night rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in a related role.
• Degree in Paramedicine is required.
• AHPRA Registration is required.
• HLTPAT005 Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing.
• Australian Driver's License - C Class, open license (Manual, Heavy Rigid desirable or willing to obtain).
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
• Current immunizations - Tetanus, Hepatitis A & B.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pre-employment Medical and National Police Check is required.

About the Role

This dynamic and busy role will utilise your experience in Medical and Rescue Emergency Response & Injury and Health Management and offer rewarding career opportunity. You will be part of the site emergency response team by providing first response to all incidents and will be responsible for supporting the site training and HSE activities in a mining environment. This role offers a roster providing work life balance off - 7 on/ 7 off roster with both day/night rotations. This position is based in Moranbah QLD and is a FIFO role for those who do not reside locally.

• Provide first response to incidents on site

Requirements

• At least 2 years hands on experience
