Job summary

CA ANZ is seeking a motivated Paralegal / Law student to join the Conduct & Discipline team in Sydney on a part-time contract ending in March 2027. The role supports investigations of complaints and hearings, working closely with experienced lawyers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have a law degree or be enrolled in a legal degree, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Law degree graduate or currently engaged in Legal degree.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and paralegal support to the Australian Conduct Leader and legal team.
• Prepare documentation and communicate with members regarding disciplinary sanctions.
• Assist in producing files for committee meetings and hearings.
• Maintain legal precedents, guides, registers, and manuals.
• Undertake legal research and contribute to process improvements.
