Job summary

You will prepare documentation, communicate with members regarding sanctions, assist in committee hearings, maintain legal precedents, and conduct research to improve processes. The role offers exposure to professional conduct investigations with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Law degree graduate or currently engaged in Legal degree.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and paralegal support to the Australian Conduct Leader and legal team
• Prepare documentation and communicate with members regarding disciplinary sanctions
• Assist in producing files for committee meetings and hearings
• Maintain legal precedents, guides, registers, and manuals
• Undertake legal research and contribute to process improvements
